1. Oil-Gas Separator
Oil-gas separators are used to separate crude oil produced from oil wells from associated natural gas and are one of the core devices in oil and gas gathering and transportation systems.
- Types: According to geometry, they can be divided into vertical, horizontal, and spherical separators; according to function, they can be divided into two-phase, three-phase, metering, and production separators; according to principle, they can be divided into centrifugal, gravity, and mixing separators; according to pressure, they can be divided into vacuum and low-pressure separators.
- Core Technologies: Inlet diversion, gravity settling, mist eliminator, liquid collection zone design, automatic pressure and level control, etc.
- Key Components: The oil-gas separator core (filter element) adopts a multi-layer glass fiber/borosilicate glass fiber structure, with residual oil rate controllable at 1–3 mg/m³ and operating temperature up to 120°C.
2. Pump Barrel (Core Component of Oil Pump)
The pump barrel is the main body of the oil pump and directly affects the crude oil lifting efficiency.
- Structural Types: Divided into combined tubing type (suitable for shallow wells) and solid tubing type (suitable for medium and deep wells).
- Materials and Processes: Utilizes specially reinforced tubing, with the inner surface treated with hard chrome plating or nickel-phosphorus composite plating to improve wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
- Standards and Specifications: Complies with API 11Ax international standards, suitable for complex working conditions such as sand and salt content, resulting in special sand-resistant and salt-resistant pump types.
